Now off to Mexico for 2 weeks, lots of body weight & running WOD for me.

19 + 15 … my grip is still blasted from the snatch workout and snatch dead lift…

Mike’s work-out: Did 10 rounds of Cindy in 11:37. Good under 12 min, so no penalty and 10 min rest before doing 50 K2E and 40 GHD sit ups.


This was tougher than I thought.
17+12 with 75lbs
