My jumping pull-ups seem to be not enough jump and too much pull-up.
Most were done in sets of 2-3
Part 1: 9:51 (toes to bar are definitely not my favorite. Started with touching the bar, degraged to toes to same postal code as the bar)
Part 2: 7:01 (done in sets of 5)
Total: 16:52
Part 1 – 9:10 I found T2B time consuming after rowing. I didn’t feel as strong at these as I usually do. Still fighting a cold.
Part 2 – 4:02 first set was 30 followed by sets of 5.
Total – 13:12

5K run at the olympic oval.
