Practice SLIPS for 20 minutes.

Thruster 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps

Partner WOD with Penny

Wall Balls rx’d – alternating sets of 10
Box Jumps – rx’d – alternated reps the entire way with a mixture of jump up and step up. We were really efficient with these.
T2B – rx’d, I did more of these.
Burpees – I did less of these.
C2B rx’d
Squat cleans – alt sets of 5. I used 115, Penny ?
Snatch – me 115#, Penny?
Jerks – me 115, Penny? She did more of these.
HSPU – rx’d.
