A2.  (Weighted) Strict Chest to Bar Pull-up – 5 reps X 5 sets, rest 2:00-3:00

So, thought this would an easy non-taxing recovery WOD but came in at 9 to the partner WOD, which Shannon convinced us would be better for recovery. I’m not convinced it was. 🤨

50 push-ups while partner hangs from rope
100 synchro DUs
50 synchro K2E
100 synchro lunges
50 synchro Push Jerk 65/95
100 DL without dropping the bar @ 95#.
Rx’d for Bryan.
I did high knees and 55 PJ. Synchro-ish.
Bryan did most of the push ups, I did more DL.

A1. Worked up to 150 for 2. Happy with this number as my previous 1 rep max was 155
A2. Body weight strict pull ups (that is weighted enough🤪)
Then practice on handstand push ups
