10 alternating overhead squats (65/95 lb)
40 alternating side plank side shuffle (10ft. = 1)
20 alternating overhead squats
30 alternating side plank side shuffle (10ft. = 1)

30 alternating overhead squats (95/135 lb)
20 alternating side plank side shuffle (10ft. = 1)

40 alternating overhead squats (65/95 lb)
10 alternating side plank side shuffle (10ft. = 1)

Note: Partner 1 must hold BOTTOM of the squat, while partner 2 squats, then partner 2 must hold bottom while partner 1 squats, etc., until complete.


Post-workout
