TT WOD – Partner:
In partners for As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) complete:
2:00 Wallballs Over the Rig – choose your weight.
2:00 Synchronized Toes to Bar
2:00 Mirrored (Synchronized) Side Shuffle – 20ft.
2:00 Synchronized Sumo Deadlift High Pull – 65#/45#
2:00 Alternating Box Jumps – 20” for all.
NO REST, then in partners complete 2 rounds for time of:
10 Alternating Crab Walks (5/each) – 40 ft., while partner holds a front plank.
20 Ring Dips while partner holds L-sit.
30 Burpees over Bar (total) while partner holds reverse plank.
40 Power Snatch (total) while partner hangs from bar – 65#/45#
50 Synchro Overhead Squats – 65#/45#
WOD:
Every 2:00 for 20:00 complete:
Row – 32/26 Cals
Sweat fest on the rower.
Work for 90s and rest for 30s
Identified as male (32 cals) for 1 round
Then female (26 cals) for 2 rounds
Then hungover (23 cals) for 6 rounds
Then male (32 cals), thanks to that extra 30s 😏

Basically would stop once I reached 13 in each round except first and last. Tried to stay at same rate at about 32-38r/s. Brutal but still good.

Just like the clean and jerk one the other day, I had zero plan. Here’s what ended up happening:
32/30/30/30/30/28/25/26/30/32.
Figured I could maybe hold 30 after the first round, but started to get that classic lactic butt pain and started to drop off. Started getting back to my rower later and later and running out of time. Forced myself to stay on the seat last couple rounds and just grind it out. Good one for a Saturday morning!
