8 rounds for loads:
5 Clean Grip Deadlift
5 Push Press
Coach’s notes: For this set perform 5 consecutive deadlifts using a clean grip, so that you can go from your 5th deadlift directly into your first clean. Clean the weight 5 times total, then push press the weight 5 times. Once you have completed all 15 reps, increase the load, rest (rest will depend on experience and load), and then repeat. Post load for all sets to comments.
