TT WOD – Partner

In partners complete:

1:30 AMRAP Clean and Jerk – 135#/95#, while partner does
1:30 AMRAP Row for Cals, then switch.
1:00 REST
1:30 AMRAP Burpees over Bar, while partner does
1:30 AMRAP Pull-ups, then switch.
1:00 REST
1:30 AMRAP Deadlift – 135#/95#, while partner does
1:30 Box Jumps – 24”/20”, then switch.

1:30 Toes to Rings, while partner does
1:30 Push Press – 135#/95#, then switch

This workout wrecked me, couplets are hard, 4 + an AMRAp is devastating….

Great work everyone.


Tweaked my back lifting yesterday, was foolish and attempted Elizabeth today – bad idea. Sore from the start, but the round of 15 messed me up. Quit after 5.

Then did some monostructural cardio on the bike. Two versions of death by assault bike. Started at 3 cals/min adding three every minute. Got to 18, failed the round of 21.

Then rested a few mins and did 5 cals adding 1 every min to failure. Got to 15 cals. Man the bike can hurt. Strangely helped my back feel a bit better though.
