Rest 3 minutes
Tabata Hang Clean 3/4 Bodyweight
Rest 3 minutes
Tabata Power Snatch 1/2 Bodyweight

Coach’s notes: Post total reps for each Tabata interval and total reps. Remember that the hang cleans are full squat catch and on the power snatch each rep must touch the ground (not a hang snatch) but catch as high as you like.

To preempt Alvero’s comments, I weighed in at 161.5 post WOD and used 160lb to calculate the loads.
DL at 250# 9/6/5/5/4/4/4/4 = 41
HC at 150# 3/3/2/3/1/1/2/2 = 18
PS at 100# 3/3/3/2/2/2/3/3 =21
Total = 80
I weighed in before the workout at 202. Post workout I was 209! It’s not my fault I gained 7 pounds of muscle during the workout…
Nice work guys. Looks like a tough one.
I ran for 40 minutes on a treadmill. 22.5 minutes at a 7.2 miles/hour then a 8.2 miles/hour for the last half.
as you all can see Pierre and Cory are full of it! They gain 10 pounds of muscle after every workout!!!
Soo I did the work out today as rx’d for a total humble of 65, not even close to those bullshit numbers posted above hahahahahah
Scaled all weights!
DL @ 125#: 6/5/4/3/4/3/2/3 = 30
HC @ 57#: 4/2/2/1/1/1/1/0 = 12
PS @ 47#: 3/3/3/2/3/4/3/3 = 24
Total = 66
UUUUUGLY!!!!
