post – Snatch/OHS practice
congrats to Grant and Kathleen who did 1RM back squats today at OPT. Kathleen hit 141 very cleanly so more is expected and Grant got his Christmas wish of 300 and looked strong doing it.
Way to go! A step closer to the CFT 1000+ total 🙂
