Coach’s notes:  Work up to a maximum 1 repetition back squat.  Rest as appropriate, somewhere between 2 and 5 or more minutes between sets.  Post weight for each set to comments.

congrats to Grant and Kathleen who did 1RM back squats today at OPT. Kathleen hit 141 very cleanly so more is expected and Grant got his Christmas wish of 300 and looked strong doing it.


Way to go! A step closer to the CFT 1000+ total 🙂
