WOD Leaderboard
A: a few kick ups and wall walks until my neck had enough
B: 8:08 rx’d. 1 sec faster. Not pleased with this. I feel like I’m more than capable of getting under 8 minutes. I think it was the pull-ups that slowed me down this time.
