OHS – 175# PR by 20 pounds! A long time since I had a good PR! Happy!! which is a lot to say in this crazy sport!
Then the Hulks workout, 23:23 with the boys

dead lift @ 205 x 20
Very happy as well with Rebecca and her bars. She finally put Blaine to cook them. I think that is the reason they were soo cheap!!!
