So does this mean just as many reps as possible for the shoulder press that you can do without stooping and then move directly onto the next round?…

Hmm…don’t think I timed this one properly. Total time was 22:05 for 5 rounds of 400m run with 65# Shoulder Press 44/26/26/28/25 reps. Runs were all between 2:04 and 2:15 each (that was the hard part for me).
