10 Rope Climbs, then
200 Double Unders while your partner holds a med ball overhead, then
50 Synchro Med Ball Cleans
150 Switch Lunges while your partner holds a reverse plank, then
50 Synchro Push-ups
100 Knee to Elbows while your partner holds a superman
50 Synchro Wallballs, then
10 Rope Climbs, then
400m Med Ball Carry
