I just got back from Corteo, All I can say is wow. For anyone thinking of seeing it, if you appreciate the human body and what it can do, this show is the best example of body control I have ever seen up close.

Hoping that I can achieve only 1/10 of what they are capable of.

Home made version: Max reps push ups in 15 min with 25lb plate on upper back:
158 reps

100 lbs. — 70% BW
18 Sets
First set was 13 reps
Last 12 sets averaged around 4 reps

BP – 185lbs
Bwt – 183lbs

did 60 reps in 9 sets…then class ended….tough WOD that got ugly fast…however first time doing body weight bench press for reps…

rep count – 10, 13, 10, 7, 5, 5, 4, 3, 3

125lbs (75% BW)
26 sets – goes downhill quickly!

PM WOD

pull ups on the minute

13…could have done more but I had a skin tear and stopped there to prevent any further damage…that and more shoulders are tired from the bench press….

Did at home 114#, all the weight I have, did in sets of 15 reps down to 10’s for last 40, used two arm chairs on blocks as “half cage”…. probably qualify for Darwin Award…
