In partners complete:
Partner 1 runs 4 laps of the field while partner 2 performs burpees, then switch.
*you must complete 150 burpees as a team before moving on.
Partner 1 runs 2 laps of the field while partner 2 performs squats, then switch.
*you must complete 200 squats as a team before moving on.
Partner 1 runs 4 laps of the field while partner 2 performs V-ups, then switch.
*you must complete 150 V-ups as a team before moving on.
Partner 1 runs 2 laps of the field while partner 2 performs bear crawl, then switch.
*you must complete 200m as a team before finishing.

Very grateful for all the encouragement I received during the runs. It’s tough watching everyone pass me but my runs felt stronger. I wish feeling great translated into speed. Maybe I wasn’t pushing hard enough? I love working out outside. I realized today, that I can do a lot of burpees. I was happy to give my partner a good break. Very grateful for the relief at the bear crawls.
