Crescent Heights Outdoor class

20 KB Swings

30 Sit-Ups

40 Squats

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 1.5 pood and gals 1.0 pood for KB swings.  Post time to complete to comments.

CrossFit Calgary Kids is hosting a CrossFit Kids Summer Olympics class this Sunday at 2-3pm for kids aged 6-12. A limited number of drop in spots are available at $14/child for the class.  Please contact CHANTAL at Chantal_theberge@hotmail.com to reserve your spot prior to Sunday.

one of the worst exercises…140 meter sprint with that thing (ball is filled with water…apprx 50lbs)…terrible…
