For me this workout has been the most mentally challenging thus far. In the second round I don’t know what happened but I ended doing lots of singles and taking many breaks…it felt like I could not go on…however, by the third round I just kept pushing and did not do any singles and kept the breaks very short and then just powered through the squats which is evident b/w my times in the second and third rounds…very mentally tough today…the class worked hard….
