0930 class: Broad Jump 300ft- 41 times therefore, 41 lunges, 41 dead lift 135# (BWT 145), 41 Box Jumps 24 inches, 41 squats……10:29. Thanks James and Ali


broad jump 300 feet-37 jumps, 37 lunges, 37 DL 114lb (need to work on holding shoulders back on the way up – thanks for the help Ali and James), 37 box jumps on 22 inches and 37 squats. That was a fun class!

Started getting dizzy half way through the lunges and couldn’t get rid of it until the end. Very tough workout with the room spinning.
