400 m Run

15 KB Swings

15 Back Extensions

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 1.5 pood, gals 1.0 pood for KB swings.  Post time to complete to comments.

16:25 as rx’d – need to push myself more on the runs. I loved that workout- thanks Michelle!

15:30 – Scaled KB to 1.0 Pood due to shoulder injury. Felt good!
