Sectionals WOD # 4

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

60 Bar-facing burpees

30 Overhead squats – 120/90#

10 Muscle-ups

Congrats to Keith T on getting his first 2 muscle ups today, and on his first time learning the movement!


I was the only one at the 9:30am class, therefore I was able to do a muscle up because DeeJay coached my through the process tweaking every attempt. It builds the case for individual coaching. Thanks DeeJay.

Hotel only had what was basically a curl bar so OHS were extremely awkward. Bummer!
