This was so hard today. I’m still sore from bench presses and additionally sore from Sunday’s workout. I was very stiff so started light and slow.
35/35/35/40/45/50/55 couldn’t do 55 lbs today.
up to 105 to match pr-need to get to this number quicker in these type of strength wods so that I can attempt to get beyond it in the time limit. Great class-thanks Rob, Alvero and Matt!

worked up to 95lbs. Failed at the first two attempts at this weight and then took some more time and got it. Thank you Rob.
got to this on sept 16th… 99lbs, 104lbs(f)… this matched my 1rm PR!
