A. Work to a moderately hard-ish struggle bus of a 3 rep bench: Up to 205. Wasn’t too hard but technique needs honing again.
B. Borrowed from Chris Spealler Annie with Cleans 50-40-30-20-10 DU Situps 10 HPC at 135 between rounds Goal Sub 12
10:50 for me with an Abmat and no anchor All unbroken except 18 on round of 20 DU and the last set of HPC when my everything stopped working!
Some fun looking stuff and some not fun looking stuff at open gym today.
Sweet riding with you Crew, definitely doing that on again.
