Due to today being Labour Day the holiday schedule will be in effect.  The 9:30 am and 6:00 pm classes will be available for attendance.  CF Kids class will run as regularly scheduled.  Happy Labour Day!

Worked up to (an ugly) 75 lbs … Failed a couple, power snatched 1, did some kind of contorted snatch/back squat at 77 – called it … Just wasn’t my day – great job everyone else!!! Welcome back from vacation Carmen! And John! Nice work today!!


Worked up to my previous 1 RM of 102, sure wasn’t pretty when I caught it but it worked. Thanks for being my workout buddy Erin.

65/65/75/85/and for my last ugly snatch 95/ back down to 85 to work on my form.

Had a couple of fails with 65#, but then had a solid lift, so went up to 70 (don’t have any 1.25# plates). Failed the 70# a few times, but came really close each time. I was under the bar in a squat, but the bar was just a tad forward. When I finally got it, it was such an easy lift. Went up to 75#, but didn’t have enough left.
Stayed in the squat for 1-2 seconds in each successful rep before coming up.
