Sit ups

Double unders

Seeing as my legs are still toast from the 300 lunges, and my arms are toast from what seemed like 300 pull-ups, decided to try this one just so that every part of my body would be sore. Not as bad as I thought — although I must have been going slow as a dog sat on my belly while I was doing the sit-ups. Back ext’s done on fitball, double under misses not counted, done in 16:30. Now with having to think tomorrow, my head will hurt as well and that will complete the “hurting pkg.”
