DL 115 for first 2 rnds, then had to drop to a more shoulder friendly 105 as I was loosing upper back (shoulder) form, and by that point my shoulder had stopped functioning (acting like a prothetic limb for all the mobility it was giving me!)
Thanks Michelle, for picking up on the form and your comments at the end, I know from that the reducing the weight was the right thing to do.

Deadlift at 225# Reps were unbroken for 3 rounds and then 8/4 for the final 2 rounds.
Could have gone a little heavier (255#?)…but 315# would have been all singles with drop …if I even made it through!

Modified this as I ran enough this past weekend. I also caved into peer pressure and did required weight.
Kept rows to about 1:40min and split deadlifts to 6/6 per round

Oh yeah, rowed 15,000 meters & cycled 100km over 2 days.
