Thanks Brett

105, 115, 125, 130, 135 new PB by 10lbs

185. First time doing split jerks. I’m happy with that starting point. Felt I got the hang of it my last two lifts.

First time w/ split jerks
95/115/125/135/145/155

145/165/185/200/205(f)/205/210(f)/210(f)

Pretty happy with the 205 but really wanted 210 and was so close. Regardless, still a huge PR!

105/110/115/120/125/130/135f/135f
PR stays at 130.

65/75/85/95/105/115/120/125/135(f) Was pretty close on getting that last one up, will have to get it next time.

175,185,195,205,215,225, 235(f)
Thanks to Brett, Matt, Lindsay (ey?) for their help with the technique. First time ever doing these so I asked a lot of questions.

Got to 205 and the hour was up, brutal timing on my part and underestimated what i thought i could do, had lots of fun, thanks Chantel

Neil 145
Judy 62 but could have done more. Spent lots of reps working on technique.
Well I am off of Crossfit for six weeks due to doctor’s orders. I hope I don’t go too far back the other way and have to start alllll over again…ughhh

72/77/82/87/92/97(f)
First time doing Split Jerk for weight. Had some ugly lifts in there in the 70’s and then all of a sudden it clicked. Almost had the 97#. Kind of rushed into that one due to time having run out. With extra rest I definitely could have made the lift. I am very happy with the 92# though, especially considering how much these scare me!
Good Luck Judy!

135/145/155/165/175/185/190(f)x2

I haven’t done split jerk for load before, and my last push jerk 1RM was 160. I’m not really sure how much more you should be able to split jerk, so I don’t really know whether this was a good showing today, but I do feel a bit better about the jerk now.

95/115/145/155/165/175/185(PR)/190(f)x3
Felt very strong last night. Went up in weight very fast. 190 was like hitting a wall, lost confidence and that was the end of it. got very good coments from Brett and Cory for next time.
thanks Cory for the company at dinner with my two little devils in montana!!!

75/105/125/145/155/165(f)/165/175(f)/175(f)
In my mind I am a lot stronger. The iron does not lie… but the rubber was lying.
Packed quite a few workouts into the last few days, time for a day off.

Intermural BBall game then some weights.

Strict pullups, 10, 9, 8
Squat (x5), 135, 155, 160, 165, 165
Press (x5) 45, 65, 75, 85, 95
