As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 16 minutes of:

10 Jump over a box – 24”/20”
10 Knees to Elbows
10 Dumbbell Thrusters – 45#/30#/hand

*For the box jumps overs, you must clear the box entirely (i.e. no landing on the box).

Total reps = 194
For box jump overs, the box was too wide so I stacked weights and jumped over those. For the first 3 rounds, I was just shy of 20”. Once I warmed up and got out of my head, I did the last 4 rounds at 20”. Otherwise, rx’d.
Nice work 6am!

Thrusters short of 5 rounds.
BJ’s over 20″ stacked plates, first time doing this, will do 24″ next time.

10# plate on a 19.5″ metal stand – slightly more height than a 20″ box but without the girth.
30# DBs

5 rnds even with 3s to spare

I thought the thrusters were going to be the worst part but it was the jumps.

Did “Surfer on Acid” as the warm-up: 3 RFT of 400m run and 21 burpees.
Time = 9:05.
Needless to say, I was warm.
Class WOD was 6 Rds + 24 as Rx’d
