AMRAP Shoulder Press

 

Coach’s notes:  AMRAP stands for as many reps as possible.  Guys use 65 lbs and gals 45 lbs.  Post total time and total reps for the press.

good too see so many CrossFit Calgary and OPT folks at the recent CF Cert held in South Calgary. I spotted Michelle, Blaine, Shantal,Jeff,Shelley and Bobby.


Total time was 15:53…total reps was 52

I’m not gonna lie…..my legs and shoulders were sore before I started anything today thanks to the CF cert this weekend. I’m glad tomorrow is my day off :o)
