Felt pretty good doing these. I think I had more in the tank, just ran out of time with another class coming in. Pretty confident on the catch now. Thanks Brett for getting me into a better catch position, in a quarter squat instead of so tall. Need to keep getting faster to get to higher loads next time.

Ok first day of school and my match is a little wonkey, i think i got to 200 and failed at 205, huge improvement for me and cant wait for the upcoming months, if i keep excelling like this i cant even guess the numbers, Thanks Brett for the class

PR up from 160×3 april 1st… not too stoked on the relatively small gain, but PR is a PR and I’ll take it.

Failed on the second rep at 200. The lift felt strong enough, but I think the bar was too far away from the body and I lost it forward in the catch. I was happy to get one at body weight though!
