For the last round I slipped off of my seat and lost my momentum-oops.
Very hard, but I know it will help my rowing-that’s what I’m telling myself anyway.
Thanks for the coaching and tips Brett!

Taking it easy today as I am getting over a cold; was trying to keep breathing in check. Played around some with intensity, which is why the numbers are all over the place. Also started the 4th round a few seconds earlier to get the rower moving before the 35 seconds started. Made a huge difference, but was obviously cheating…
203/234/203/253/234/195/207/207 all at damper 5
Thanks Brett for a great class and for going over the snatch again with me. Still cracks me up when I think about it.

I couldn’t resist doing this one. I haven’t had a good hard workout in a while so decided to test things out. Used our rower at home.

Total = 2475 for an average of 309

I did much better today than in April. Felt great except for last 3 rounds. It took over 3 min. to get off the floor and back onto the rower.
Hey Katie, I just about slipped off the seat as well. I felt a bit airborne during the first half of the wod.
