Looked at my numbers before class to see what to shoot for, but looked at my pause squat numbers in error. Would have increased a little quicker had I known.
Did low bar with Derek M. today and think we both had room for another lift. Thanks Ragnar that was fun!

305 was a 10# PR and I didn’t miss 315 by much…next time maybe.
Knee took a nasty wobble on 305 as well, I’d like to get that sorted out sooner than later.

2.5# PR. The progressively smaller jumps worked well tonight. Glad to be getting some strength back even if it’s slow.

6 rounds + 400m (clock was just past 25 min when I came back in)
Scaled ring rows 10 for PU’s (shoulder was bugging me, and besides I can’t do PU’s… 🤔) used 12# ball to 10ft line.
I’m going to say I got a PR for making 3 straight WODs 🤔👍🏻💪🏻 (and runs feel surprisingly better)
