10 Alternating Barbell Overhead Reverse Lunge – 95#/65#
10 Box Jumps – 30”/24”
A) 68 press / 72 ring rows (140 reps)
B) 1 rep short of 5 rounds (99 reps)

Used a 75# barbell and did in this order.
B. 5 rounds + 5 lunges = 105 reps
A. 47 strict press + lots of very leg assisted ring rows.

Box jumps at 30″ were hard in this one!!!!!

Walked into the gym with a massive knot in my neck/back. Was happy to just stretch, do a warm up, and just move through the movements with a light weight. Having said that, the 30″ box jumps were no joke and the presses died earlier than I thought. Maybe my neck knew what was best for me today – an empty bar. Ha.
Thanks for the massage Todd. It hurt, but it helped.

Did 24” but increased the reps to 12 to make up for height scale. The lunges were great for my feet.
