Here is our WOD we did at the Cert this week end in TO.
AM WOD was Bottom to bottom squats, 18 was my low score.
Mid afternoon WOD.
Team Running Fran.
7 guys per team
Run 1000 m as a team
Can not start thruster till last guy in from run
420 @ 65lb Thurster, each guy does 60(bar can not touch the ground)
Run 1000 m again
Can start chins until last guy in
280 chins, each guy does 40
Run 1000 m agin
stop time when last guy in.
