As many rounds in 20 minutes of:
10 dips
10 alternating single leg squats
Coach’s notes: If you cannot do a dip, substitute an assisted dip. You can use bands or a machine. If you cannot do single leg squats, substitute assisted single leg squats by holding onto a pole, door handle, squat rack, etc. and assist only as little as possible by pulling up with your arms. In the case of assisted single leg squats, do 5 on one side, then 5 on the other rather than alternating. Post number of rounds to comments.
