The rowing was tough after yesterday’s thruster/SDLHP, my legs were sluuuggggish.
Slowest row was on round 5 @ 2:05.9 all others were a little faster.

4) 90# 8/2 – sorry about the foul language when that happened

1:29 to do 10 OHS unbroken in round 3 means I spent a lot of time standing with the weight overhead.

So I accidentally cheated this workout πŸ™
I apparently wasn’t listening and was so focused on trying to snatch the first rep of the squats that i thought the percentage was supposed to be 65% of my 1RM snatch instead of my 1RM OHS (there is about a 50lb discrepancy between the two movements)…I knew there was a reason why it felt so good!

Ran out of rowers so did 25cal on the Air Bike instead of 500m

All rows were a little under 2 minutes. Didn’t push them. Weights were 95, 115, 120, 135, 155
Dropped the 10th rep coming up at 155. Forgot to track round times and wasn’t really rushing, whole thing probably took 25 minutes.
Have not done OHS in awhile so started light and let some muscle memory come. Thanks for the coaching Erin and Jay. Thanks all for a fun 7 pm class.

Ok who is WOD God and sandbaggy lol…OHS Stayed at 53# all were unbroken except round 1….takes me time to get used of anything OH….rows were between 2-2:30
