I did yesterday’s WOD today…used 15# DB in each hand instead. Total time – 19:57

Day 42 of Burpies


13 + 10 used two bands…super handicapped! But beat last time by a lot…hopefully soon down to one band!


8 min plus 7 on spilt bar using smallest band at round 5?(including a very embarrassing band malfunction incident)


Judy – blue band assisted 9 rounds plus 1
Way to go Steve…goat’s milk mmmmm that’s your secret


16 rounds + 14 PU’s + 3 skin tears

Goat’s milk is FANTASTIC!! (it really is)


15 rounds as rx’d


5 rounds with blue band + 3 (sort of – really poor form, workin’ on it)

Good work Judy! Can’t wait to see your name on that board!

The secret must be goat’s milk and chewing 21 almonds for an hour…hmmm…
