Wouldn’t it be easier for her to do a pull-up WITHOUT Chantal hanging off her legs like that?

What a slave-driver.

371 total. subbed 95lb sumo deadlift (no pull) for SDLHP cuz i am limiting my shoulder movement for a bit- i think i would have had the same number of SDLHP’s so it was a good sub, thanks rob. first and last were my strongest relatively- about 190 jumping pullups for the first round and 16 burpees for the last.

PU – 60
SQT – 45
BPE – 17

first metcon in 2 weeks and this blasted me…I was dead after the JPU…by the time I hit push-ups I had nothing left…this WOD made me pull over on the side of the road and take a few minutes to gather myself…head spinning…could not see straight…this was a good one…

Thanks Michelle for counting my JPUs…and good job Don on making the board with Fran…great effort!!

126 / 29 / 33 / 42 / 9 = 239

* push ups from knees

60 / 51 / 57 / 54 / 15
Clearly need to work on the pullups

105/60/60/61/9 = 295
The push ups were from the knees

125/50/43/51/11 = 280 push ups from knees!
