This was a great scale for me….weight got heavy coming out of the bottom fast.

Coming back at the tail end of a cold.
Did round of 12 with 135# and MU as rx’d. Failed a couple of cleans early in the round of 9. Collapsed at the bottom. Also wasn’t sure if I had a legitimate sweat going or just a low grade fever. Shut it down.
MU’s took a surprising toll on my cleans. Shoulders and core were floppy.
If this comes around again 125# will be plenty heavy enough in the later rounds.

19:40 not rxd. Did the squat cleans at 225 but did attempts on muscle ups. Managed 19 out of 27. Most in a wod ever. Mostly slow singles.

Muscle ups RX’d but scaled the reps to 9-6-3 as this is a lot of them for me to do in a workout

This was a bitter sweet wod for me I scaled my squat cleans 155lbs so I could focus more on my muscle ups. 5 reps shy of finishing all my muscle ups I had ripped in 4 spots. 25:30 is the time I bowed out.

can’t remember my time anymore…i believe it was 19:33 or 20:33.
cleans at 195lbs (felt pretty good albeit a little technique challenged)
muscle ups were scaled from feet on the ground into the transition and ring dips…on the last round only get to the transition as my arms were giving out trying to dip.
some good battles going on for this workout with the classes.
