3 Rounds for time (and maintaining DB’s off the floor)
15 Dumbbell (DB) Deadlift – 45#/30#/hand for all movements
15 DB Front Squat
15 DB Push Press
15 DB Walking Lunges (30 steps total)

Having reviewed my notes from the last time I did this (zero drops at 30#) and then getting through two rounds this time with five drops and some foot cramps I was able to make a pretty confident determination that this was not what my body needed today. Packed it in.
Hmm…more than 2 minutes slower today.
12:03 with 20lbs in 2014 no drops
14:21 with 20lbs today no drops
I should have dropped the weight a few times. I’m sure I would have been faster. My grip was really going during the last round but I was too stubborn to let the weight go.

Did all Deadlifts & Front Squats unbroken for all rounds, put the DB down to rest in Round 2 & 3 before doing the push press.

12:40 using 15# no drops. Last time 17:50 but used 20# with 8 drops.
o geebus…this one was a major grind for me today. can’t remember the time any more…i think it was like 21 mins.
