The whole thing sucked. 19.14 as rx’d (men).

Leftover sickness was keeping my intensity a bit lower than I wanted, but I’m still happy with the time. There is some satisfaction in destroying Alvaro’s time even in my weakened state. I hope you enjoyed your brief moment in the sun yesterday my friend!

Missed “Grace” yesterday so I rounded up Chelsea tonight and we had some fun with it. 3:48 as rx’d, 36 secs better then last time.

Congrats to Chelsea on her first Grace experience. Also a big thanks to Tahylor for being my coach, DJ for definately getting in my face and keeping me going and everyone else who was yelling my name…I heard you all 🙂

Ouch! I officially declare myself “beaten up” by this workout. I’ve accumulated my 6th bruise tonight (tripping on a box jump). The rest I’m blaming on “Grace” from yesterday.
Sorry Michelle for invading your space with my wallballs. I wasn’t having very good success on the beam. Thanks for your encouragement near the end.

Around 28 – my K2E need a whole bunch of practice- they took forever.
On a pleasant note – Chelsea and Erin – you two are so strong and fast – way to go!

First wod back after a torn bicep tendon up by the shoulder, 16:20 as Rx’d. Had about 15 nfg K2E’s, but made myself redo the attempts. Definitely the weak point in this wod. Looking forward to getting back to the classes ASAP

Really struggled with the k2e’s since my abs are still crazy sore from last Wednesday and Saturday’s GHD sit-ups. Wallballs were a nightmare as usual.
