joined Chelsea for 4 rounds of
25 GHD sit ups, a few MU attempts, then 3 or 4 hips to rings (MU were not happening today, shoulders not warm, felt like wood), then 10 deadlifts at 155#. 12:18.

worked on back squat after.

Worked up to 185 on the dl, then did 4 sets of 8 push press @ 65/70/75/85
For time:
10 wall balls, 1 ring dip
9 wall balls, 2 ring dips
8 wall balls, 3 ring dips
etc.. to
1 wall ball, 10 ring dips
Used a red band for the dips and only 10 pounds for the wall balls. Easing back into things π
Then just mucked around a bit with t2b and squats.
