Well… I got to 5 rounds using a 20 lb med-ball, 80 single-unders, and 60 taps. 20lb med ball was “heavy” but perfect for building the Rx strength I want. Happy to be pushing into new fitness territory.

I really hate med-ball cleans so I set my sites on pacing them better while continually moving. I experienced more passes than fails. Making sure my legs and lungs didn’t blow up too much was key. I’m most happy about not getting stuck in one approach while moving. Listening to my legs but not getting stuck in some kind of “perfect” rep scheme.

The single-unders were a little tough on my feet/tendons but great for my feet/tendons. 80 singles takes a while to complete but worth it.

Thanks OG! That was fun.

Everything RX:
7 rounds + 40 double unders + 17 shoulder taps

Focused on my technique on the cleans and tried to stay relaxed on the double unders. Very sweaty and fun WOD. Thanks OG!

20# med ball
80 singles

6 rounds plus 13 MBC

Thanks OG

MBC rx’d
Mixture of single unders and double unders. Started with double unders and switched to singles once the doubles fell apart.
6 rounds + 20 MBC + 40 DU’s (80 singles)
Thanks OG!

6+ 1 lousy MBC

Fram paced me from behind so he could take the win
