Oh yeah, and training for the next generation of Crossfitters starts today at 1 pm at CFC HQ’s. CrossFIT Preschoolers is a parented program with your 2.5 to 5 year old! Come out and have fun with your PRESCHOOLER!

I’m new to cross fit – today was my first WOD!

Didn’t have access to a row machine, so substitued for 50 x sdhp @ 30lbs

I was disappointed with how little energy I had for rowing so I pushed hard during the pushups. I did them from my toes.

not quite sure what i did, must have pulled or strained something… during the 2nd row, but my left leg was in a lot of pain for the rest of it. Also, riding my bike home did not feel good at all….

Great job today Coach Chantal on the Crossfit Preschool class! Ava had a blast. She will be kicking my butt doing pull ups any time now.

That was terrible after a nightmare of an afternoon / evening health wise. Definitely left whatever little I had out there. All push-ups were from knees.

71 total push-ups. i think low number in first round was due to not warming up push-up/chest enuff. or too much arm pulling on first row.
