185 ends up as by far a PB. Should have gone to 190 before 195 but saw body weight in my rear view and jumped up too much. 200 goal for next time

105/115/125/130/135/140 (f)…never done this movement for a 1 rep max so I’m pleased with myself!

got up to 175… and my first muscle up

Time ran out before I had another fail. February 16 max was 52.5; what an improvement. Crossfit is amazing!!!!!! 🙂

up to 140. I think I had at least 145 in me, but ran out of time likely due to practicing muscle ups.

For anyone who hasn’t heard, I have a bet with a friend I can get one by my birthday! June 17th, coming up fast. 🙂

Worked up to 1RM of 145.

D 115/125/135/145/155/165/175(f)/170(f after staggering around a bit)

bwt – 163

Correction – misread my 35 lb plates at 45’ers. All numbers minus 20.

Still a PR but only 175. DOH!
