Front squats are still really tough for me. I can’t wait for my legs to finally get stronger! GHD sit-ups felt easy.

Did Nancy today ……15:08 as rx’d…. OHS unbroken all rounds…..by round 4 felt like I was was running like a 90 year old!! Thanks for the push Brett!
