Front squats are still really tough for me. I can’t wait for my legs to finally get stronger! GHD sit-ups felt easy.

Split the front squats 14-7/5-5-5/5-4, and the GHDs 21/6-5-4/5-4 with about 5 breaths between sets.


Did Nancy today ……15:08 as rx’d…. OHS unbroken all rounds…..by round 4 felt like I was was running like a 90 year old!! Thanks for the push Brett!
