9:00/11:00/12:00 for a total of 32:00 mostly as Rx’d. Little mental hiccup in the last round and went straight into long jumps after my cleans. realized that halfway through my jumps, so I just did the burpees between the jumps and the situps.
I’m trying to think of a way to say that this was “fun” without sounding crazy… don’t think that’s possible though.

As usual, the push-ups were the big struggle. Rest was ok and all sit-ups quick and unbroken.
That was definitely a tough one mentally and physically. It was fun though! I still hope that I never have to do it again!
