AS rxd at “Y” this morning at 5:30 am = 22:03. It was a grinder.


Congrats John. Did yesterday’s run/deadlift WOD 7:08 as rx’d. It has been far too long since I have ran, I can definately feel it. Thanks Todd.


This was longer than I thought it would be…
28:48 – pushups were the slowest part: 10/5/5/3/3/3/3/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2/2 in Rd 3.
Made the burpees gross!

Have a shoulder impingement so Todd modified my WOD.

9:00/11:00/12:00 for a total of 32:00 mostly as Rx’d. Little mental hiccup in the last round and went straight into long jumps after my cleans. realized that halfway through my jumps, so I just did the burpees between the jumps and the situps.

I’m trying to think of a way to say that this was “fun” without sounding crazy… don’t think that’s possible though.

As usual, the push-ups were the big struggle. Rest was ok and all sit-ups quick and unbroken.

That was definitely a tough one mentally and physically. It was fun though! I still hope that I never have to do it again!

Only did half the reps as I had done a 5k run prior.
25 PUs, 12 Med ball cleans, 7 burpees, 12 long jumps and 25 SUs. (x3)
