Another great CrossFit Calgary Kids class yesterday! Our focus was Box Jumps and the WOD was followed by a Super Fun game of CrossFit Dodgeball.
WOD was a TEAM, AMRAP, 12 min:
10 Squats, 10 box jumps/step ups, 10 sit ups
Eric D and Haley, 10 rounds plus 10 Squats
Adam and Alexandra, 9 rounds
Eric M and Kelly, 8 rounds, plus 10 squats and 10 box jumps
Excellent effort and fabulous form! Your hardwork and practice during the week shows! Keep working on those squats, planks, push ups and sit ups this week.
If you were lucky enough to be out of town for the Long weekend and want to do this workout with your sister or brother, please do and post your results.

still learning over head squat so I stayed in the bottom on each squat for approx 10-15 seconds each squat…did this with 108lbs…not bad considering 2 months ago I could barely OHS 25 lbs…I also did an hour of muscle up practice prior to class with Brett…thanks Brett for all the help…
