Sorry, weatherman was right. CFKids Preschooler class will be held at CrossFit Calgary HQ’s not at the playground. Thank you!

32:24 scaled to 135# and did the runs despite the weather.

The last round of push jerks felt the best, as I was too tired to do them wrong.

29:51, 1st round and a 1/2 with 155, then swallowed my pride and did 135. Need to work on wrist positioning. Getting it racked too much like a front squat. Ran in the rain instead of rowing.

Warmed up and 155 PJ felt great – then after the first run, the first 5 reps with 155 was a serious chore – so scaled to 135 for the rest.

33:30 as Rx’d
Push jerks were all small sets 5/4/3/2/1
Run 1:12ish x 5

22:15 as rx’d. Even did the run outside in the drizzly rain!

Thanks to Laura for a great class and to Gord her assistant 🙂

Yuck, not fun racking the 95 lbs between each PJ.
Rds 1 2 and 3 at 95 then dropped to 75. Ran it. Need to sleep. Thanks L & G!

scaled weight to 65 lbs

33:05 as required, running was no problem, the PJs were heavy (6-5-4) did power clean to get it to PJ position, it was painful

38:45 with 135#
Painfull!!!! did the run

27:17 @ 135.
Felt very weak today for some reason

Scaled weight to 50 lbs. Thought I was challenging myself with that weight, but ended up doing all 5 rounds of PJ’s unbroken. Could have increased the weight more. Running was awful and really slow!

First time doing jerks since dislocating my shoulder twice in Feb. Scaled all the way down to 115lb. Shoulder felt stable, but my overhead lifts are still rather weak.
