60 Front Squats
Coach’s notes: Load for front squat is body weight, taken from a rack. For each break in the set there is a 12 burpee penalty. Post time to complete, whether load was prescribed or scaled and sets to comments.

As rx’d (I’m not a fan of posting my weight..so I won’t:) 14/10/9/7/7/5/5/3 – towards the end I felt like I was curling into a ball like shape at the bottom of the squat..not so good I think. Glad it’s done..improved too- last time 37 something and this time 25 something. Thanks so much Chantal and Anita for the encouragement, it helped enormously!

Really had to scale this for my back. Was hoping for more weight, but during warm-up I could start feeling my back in the bottom of the squat at 42#, so decided to stick with that.
Burpees were slow and really sluggish.
12:05 with 42#, 3 sets of burpees and lots of rest (20, 15, 15, 10)

Started @ BW – 197# and did 2 rounds (7 then 3).
Dropped weight to 185# (94% BW) and struggled with the fisrt few sets as I was still recovering from the BW attempt 3, 6, 6, 5, 6, 6, 6, 5, 4, 3
